Best Place To Buy Hardwood

...

... all sweetness without end,
tjaaaaa and I love my husband: o)

So today was 'Bouchée Chocolate' though not quite so, as I previously on the image of the recipe 've seen. But wife is good at improvisation and has quite a few tricks up its sleeve - and the man does not even notice the difference Giggel * *.

Recipe Bouchée Chocolate '

Ingredients Dough:

100g chocolate (70% cocoa)
20g finely diced Kuvertürestückchen
35g sugar
35 g butter
25g 2 egg yolks
flour
1 pinch baking powder
pinch cardamom and cinnamon

chocolate and butter at 32 ° C water bath to melt. Then blend in sugar and egg with a whisk. Flour, diced Kuvertürenstückchen, baking powder and spices, fold. Dough into small baking pans (muffin tins, for example) to one-third complete. The whole baking in the oven at 190 ° C for about 10 minutes. After cooling down with vanilla cream garnish.

Ingredients Vanilla Cream:

250ml milk
50g sugar
1 egg yolk
17.5 wheat starch
boil 1 Mark 1 / 2 Madagascar vanilla bean
125g butter

until only 200 ml of milk with sugar and vanilla . Mix the remaining 50ml milk with the cornstarch and egg yolks in a small separate bowl is cold. Then stir in the boiling milk vanilla. Then remove from heat and let cool. Room temperature butter until creamy and stir into the cooled mass. Pour into a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes with it.

Note: Since not
my vanilla cream was really creamy, I took out of necessity a little vanilla sauce powder (Fertigvanillesoße). Lo and behold, there was at least creamy, that the thing has worked with the pastry bag, too. In the end we found a halved Minzschokoladenplätzchen: o) a place in the middle of the cream.

Kindest regards Liane ღ
